Home»Complaint Resolution for Distance Education (SARA)Falcon Institute of Health and Science is committed to addressing and resolving student complaints in a timely and fair manner. Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve concerns directly with the institution using the established grievance procedures.
In accordance with the requirements of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements, the institution agrees to work with its Home State SARA Portal Entity, the Pennsylvania Department of Education, to resolve any complaints arising from students enrolled in SARA-participating states. Falcon Institute of Health and Science will abide by the determinations made by the SARA Portal Entity regarding the resolution of such complaints.
